Workshop: Tuesday, 20 September 2011

After two long months away, the SCALA Songwriters' Workshop returns with a bang this coming Tuesday! Embrace the joys of spring and head on down to Higher Ground for some songwriting goodness.

This month, Vicki Bennett, songwriter and keyboard player with The Standard Deviations will play one of her favourite originals to kick off her presentation which has the engaging title Shameless Plundering and Other Virtues In Songwriting. Participation in the discussion, and singing along with the music, is encouraged!

Don't forget - this month we are holding the workshop in the Higher Ground basement.

Vicky Bennett

The Songwriters' Circle will follow the presentation, so feel free to offer something to the audience. There will be a guitar available for use.
